PHOTOGRAPHY
At Motion Magic Studios we know that choosing a wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make about your wedding day. These moments in time can only be captured once to create lasting memories. Our photography packages are tailor made for you and we strive to document and tell the story of your day with each snapshot we capture.
Every photo package includes 1-2 photographers, hundreds of high-resolution photographs, virtual client meeting where we create a day-of photography timeline, and an online gallery where you can order prints and wedding albums.
We reserve wedding dates on a first deposit & contract signed basis. 2025 packages start at $2,200.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Wedding videos aren’t what they used to be — and we mean that in the best way. In addition to capturing your wedding day with a cinematic, story-driven approach, we create highlight films that wrap up all the emotion, excitement, and beauty of your day into a video you’ll want to watch again and again (and probably again).
Every video package includes 1-2 videographers, highlight video, drone footage, full ceremony video, virtual client meeting.
Wedding dates are held with a signed contract and deposit — same as photography, first come, first served. 2025 videography packages start at $2,200.

What is your shooting style like?
With years of experience, we know how to keep things easygoing, fun, and natural while capturing all the big moments (and the little ones, too!). Our approach is a perfect mix of candid storytelling and artistic direction, so you never feel stiff or staged. We guide you when needed, keep the mood light, and let the real emotions shine. No stress, no awkward poses—just genuine moments, beautiful memories, and a wedding day experience you’ll actually enjoy.
Do you travel?
Yes we travel! We are based out of Dayton, Ohio but we have and will travel to shoot destination weddings, elopements, engagements, and corporate events. For destination shoots we do charge a travel fee.
How do I book Motion Magic Studios for my event?
We take bookings on a first-come, first-service basis. Each booking requires a signed agreement and a deposit fee.
Who will be shooting my wedding?
1-2 videographers/photographers will be shooting your wedding depending on your chosen package.
After the wedding, how long does it take to receive the final product?
If you booked with us for photography it takes us on average 10-12 weeks to deliver your final product. If you booked with us for video production, due to the extensive nature of the editing process and the volume of clients we have at the time, you can expect to receive your full length video in 14-16 weeks.
How do we receive the final product(s)?
For highlight videos, we post the final video to Vimeo and onto our social media platforms where you can view and share with friends and family until we ship out your final product. Your final product will be shipped to you on a complimentary flash drive that is included for each package. You can order custom labeled DVDs & BLU-RAYs, and extra flash drives from us as well. For photography, you will have your own personal online gallery! You can share, print, download, etc. through your gallery. We will also ship you your final product on a complimentary flash drive that is included in each package. You can order extra flash drives or custom labeled DVDs for photography too!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
What happens if your camera breaks at my event?
We always have at least three cameras with us when we shoot. In addition, we have backup cameras for worst-case scenarios.
What can I expect to see in my full length video?
We strive to capture every special moment we can. From letter readings to gift exchanges, first looks, your full length ceremony, to dances and toasts - we cover it all.
How many photos will I receive from my wedding?
On average, we deliver 400-700 images. Each image is digitally edited and we work to get every detail documented.
